                             RESOLUTION NO.   20333 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                  PERMIT AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT
                  OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE CITY TO USE A
                  PORTION OF THE INTERSTATE I-24 RIGHT-OF-WAY AT
                  THE ROSSVILLE BOULEVARD INTERCHANGE RELATIVE
                  TO CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE HIGHLAND
                  PARK PUMPING STATION, CONTRACT 134C.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Permit Agreement with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation for the City to use a portion of the Interstate
       I-24 right-of-way at the Rossville Boulevard interchange relative 

       to construction and operation of the Highland Park Pumping
       Station, Contract 134C.
